BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

I lash by Lauren requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card.

 

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment either by email or text message. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments is subject to charge of 50% of the services cheduled. All no show appointments will also be assessed a charge of 50% of the service scheduled for that day. All cancellations must be communicated directly to Cheslie via phone, voicemail or text message.

FULL SETS

 

  • A deposit is required for this service. 

  • I lash by Lauren dedicates a minimum of 2-3 1/2 hours to apply a full set of lash extensions depending on the set you are scheduling. Therefore, due to the amount of time that is blocked for this service a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Any full set appointment that is rescheduled or canceled less than 48 hours from the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service to the credit card on file.

 

REFILLS

I lash by Lauren requires that you have at least 30% of your lash extensions intact in order to meet refill pricing. If you have less than 30%, a full set is needed, which may have to be rescheduled for a later date to allot the appropriate amount of time. To avoid any confusion with this policy, a diagram is provided below to give you a better understanding of when a full set is needed. If you think you have less than 30% of your extensions, it is recommended that you book a full set and let your lash artist assess at the time of your appointment.

CHEWING GUM

  • Please do not chew gum during your treatment. This affects the application process, as your cheekbones tend to move when you chew, resulting in shifting of the eye pads. If the pads shift during the application process, your lower lashes will pop out from underneath the pad, resulting in your eyes possibly getting stuck together. And We don't want that to happen! 

  • To ensure the safety of each and every client, if you are chewing gum at the time of your service, you will kindly be asked to throw it away.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

I fully understand that delays can occur and being late can be out of your control. However, if you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment and the 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Out of respect and consideration of your lash artist and other clients, please do your best to be on time.

 

CHILDREN

I lash by Lauren strives to make each guest's experience as safe and relaxing as possible! In order to do so, we politely ask that client's refrain from bringing small children or infants to their appointment. We are focused on delivering the best service possible and are unable to monitor little ones while doing so.

PETS

I lash by Lauren does not allow pets or animals on the premises without proper legal documentation confirming that your pet is a service animal. Your pet must also wear a service animal vest when entering the building.

REMINDER ON LASH HYGIENE

Please come to your appointment with clean eyelashes. Doing so will not only ensure that we have ample time to complete your service but clean lashes also get the best retention. If for any reason you are unable to do so, your eyelashes will be washed at the time of your appointment. However, this will limit the amount of time spent on your refill or full set.
